About Us

Quality You Can See, Service You Can Trust

Paradise Waters Plumbing & Drains has spent 20 years looking after the plumbing needs of homes and businesses across Paradise Waters and the wider Gold Coast and Brisbane region. From canal-front properties along the waterways of Paradise Waters to family homes further inland, our licensed plumbers handle everything from blocked drains and stormwater drainage to pipe relining, CCTV drain inspection and emergency pipe repairs. We've built our reputation the old-fashioned way: by turning up on time, doing the job properly, and treating every property like it's our own.

What genuinely sets us apart is how we do business. There's no guessing games with pricing, no muddy boots through the hallway, and no shortcuts on workmanship. Every job comes with upfront fixed pricing before we start, our Tidy Tradie guarantee to keep your home spotless, and a lifetime workmanship guarantee that backs up our work long after we've packed up the van.

Why Trust Paradise Waters Plumbing & Drains

Two Decades of Local Plumbing Expertise

Twenty years in the trade has taught us that Paradise Waters homes, particularly those backing onto the canals, come with their own quirks when it comes to drainage and plumbing. We've seen it all, fixed it all, and built our processes around getting it right the first time, every time.

    Tidy Tradie Guarantee

Drop sheets, shoe covers and a proper clean-up are standard on every visit, because your home should look untouched when we leave.

    A Message From Our Founder

Built On Honesty, Driven By Care

    Sam Proctor

    Sam Proctor

    Founder

We started Paradise Waters Plumbing & Drains because too many locals had been burnt by tradies who turned up late, quoted one price and charged another, or left a mess behind. Over the years we've grown into a team that homeowners and business owners across Paradise Waters and greater Gold Coast genuinely trust, and that trust is something we don't take lightly.

Every job, whether it's a simple tap repair or a full stormwater drainage overhaul, gets the same level of care and attention. Our promise is straightforward: fair pricing, honest advice, and workmanship that stands the test of time.

    Our Promise

No hidden costs, no rushed jobs, and no leaving until the work is done properly and your home is left exactly as we found it.
